Chloropyramine is used in treatment of allergic conjunctivitis, allergic rhinitis and bronchial asthma. It is a competitive reversible H1-receptor antagonist. Also shown to inhibit the biochemical function of VEGFR-3 and FAK in breast cancer indications. Ref: J. Med. Chem. 2009, 52 (15), 4716
